Custom React contexts in the Website app, and how page elements can hook into them

This example repository demonstrates the following things:

adding new project workspaces
creating custom Page Builder elements
adding custom React Context providers to the website app, within the page layouts
controlling content rendering using SecurityProvider
accessing React Context from custom page elements
